Wish us luck! We have been using Efax Corporate for awhile now. When it's working it's a nice product but the problems start when you have to call support. We just converted from a corporate email sever to outlook online by transferring the email domain. After a week and a half efax emails still are not coming through. I requested the error logs which showed they were still sending to our old server which no longer exists.
I requested they do a DNS flush the day after the faxes stopped going through and it still has not been done. I've called every other day and it's always the same line "I'll have to talk to my supervisor who is in and out of meetings" seriously, all the reps used the same wording. I have had service issues prior to this as well where support is less than stellar, This one is the worse by far.
