Let alone all the property he owns to top it all off, and the huge sums of money he posses. Also not asking for a mod. Pretty sure there is one out there. Just asking why it is not possible in game, and why would the dragonborn not force the point, since technically he has every right to.

Tha Jagged Crown of ancient Nordic tradition is just that, ancient Nordic, and hasnt been used for thousands of years, and doesnt have that much actually bearing.
But on to the largest point, the Dragonborn doesnt have to do any of this. You dont have to become Thane of any hold, nor own any property, or only own 5 gold pieces ect ect. It depends on your character. For instance, a racist Khajiit bent on the extermination of all non-khajiit wouldnt be the best person to put on the throne.
