By Nick Levine 11th November Despite debuting as The Milan Miracle, Santino Marella quickly became more known for his ridiculous antics. The unibrow, the power walk to the ring, The Cobra; nearly everything he did was to get a laugh out of the crowd. Those laughs created such a fan base that even when there was no chance he was going to win the Royal Rumble, the fans still popped for him being the runner-up.

Marella knew his character was a joke, and he made the most of it. After taking so many bumps in his career as nasty characters like Krusher Kruschev and Smash , Repo Man was an easy day at the office for Barry Darsow.

There have been plenty wrestlers and industry insiders who have praised the skill of Nick Dinsmore over the years. But in the ring, that skill as both a worker and a great trainer go largely unnoticed thanks to his ability to pull off the character of Eugene. While Eugene was a childlike, lovable character, it was actually his in-ring ability that was able to help him hang with the likes of Kurt Angle in the ring.

Thanks to Eugene, Nick Dinsmore wound up having a decent run.
