I then waited another week and drove to the address on their website. The store was closed and no business was there at all. The location was vacant!
I then called their location in the mall. No one answered the phone. I called multiple times per day! I called the customer service kiosk at the mall. The security said the store was open but no one was inside and no one had been seen in the store in days.
They said no one ever seems to be in there working and the store is always empty. So, I waited another week and went to try to find the other store again in Gilbert.
The store had moved to another location about a mile or two away. Their website does not have the correct address. The associate in the store said she had no idea where my order was and hadn't seen anything. She told me she couldn't do anything. I told her I no longer wanted the order and to cancel it. I figured that I would not be charged since I could not pick it up. When my credit card statement came I realized they did charge me!
I never was able to pick up the merchandise and they did not mail it to me. This is stealing! No one answers the other 2 numbers on their website.
I finally had to dispute the charge through my credit card company because I have no way to contact this business! Please beware and do no buy from this company. The store is VERY small and hardly has any merchandise.
